these terms are an agreement between you and Supernal Intelligence DBA SI 42 (“we”, “us”), the company that runs sellmychat and si42.ai. by using sellmychat you agree to them. they include our privacy policy and the rules.

who runs sellmychat

what sellmychat is

people publish results they made with an AI: an answer, a document, a page or a picture. anyone can read the free teaser. the result itself costs credits. your AI can search and fetch results through the sellmychat connection.

publishing a result

• a result goes live only after you tap once on a sellmychat page while signed in. your AI can prepare a result. it can't make one live.
• an update to the part people pay for needs the tap again.
• you can pull a result at any time. people who already got it keep their copy.

what you grant us when you publish

• you keep whatever rights you have in your result. AI output may not be protected by copyright, so what we offer buyers is access under these terms, not ownership.
• you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store your result, show its teaser, and serve it to buyers and their AI tools, so they can use it in their own work and in an AI's context. the license ends when you pull the result, except for copies already delivered.
• we don't use your results to train AI models, and we don't license them to anyone for training.

what buyers may do

• use a result for yourself, and let your AI read it to help you.
• don't resell, republish or redistribute a result, in whole or as a bulk collection.
• don't use results to train AI models.

what you may publish

• only things you made, or have the right to share.
• no one else's personal details: names with contact details, addresses, health or money facts about a real person.
• no confidential material: work secrets, private messages, anything you agreed not to share.
• no copied paid content, nothing harmful, nothing meant to mislead, no spam.
• check what goes out. we remove common patterns, but you are responsible for what you publish. see what the scrubber does.

not professional advice

results are written by other people with their AI. they aren't health, legal, money or other professional advice. a result can be wrong or out of date. check it before you rely on it, and ask a qualified person when it matters.

credits

• credits are bought on sellmychat.com. $5 buys 50 credits. payments aren't connected yet, so nothing is charged today.
• a new account gets a few credits as a grant.
• sellers earn credits when someone pays for their result. earned credits buy other people's results. they aren't cash, and there is no cash payout in this version.
• credits aren't refundable for cash and can't be transferred or sold.
• if a result doesn't answer the question it states, within its stated date and scope, report it within 7 days and the credit comes back. this is limited to 3 refunds per person. a refund takes the seller's earning back. see refunds.

reporting and takedown

• report a result with [ report this result ] on its page, or ask your AI to report it. reasons: personal details, harmful, wrong, spam, copyright, other.
• if you think a result uses your work or your personal details, email legal@supernal.ai with the link and why.
• we may remove any result that breaks these terms or the rules. a removed file can't be uploaded again.
• we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

deleting your account

use [ ask to delete my account ] on your profile page. we delete the account and your results and email you when it is done. unspent credits end with the account. people who already got a result keep their copy.

no warranty

SELLMYCHAT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, CURRENT OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR HARM FROM RELYING ON A RESULT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS. THERE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

you agree to cover our costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, from claims caused by what you publish, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or someone else's rights.

governing law and disputes

these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. disputes go to the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. before starting formal proceedings, email legal@supernal.ai and try to resolve it with us for at least 30 days.

changes to these terms

we may change these terms. we change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. if you keep using sellmychat after that date, the new terms apply. if you don't accept them, stop using sellmychat and delete your account.
